NORWAY GAME ON SETANTA

Setanta have now made a complete 180 and ARE showing the Norway game on October 9. Check your local pub nearer the time of the game for venues taking it.
I'm working on a means to get the Moldova game transmitted also. Watch this space for any confirmed developments here.

Latest News

The latest is that DISH and DIRECT TV have declined showing the game on their PPV networks. However, there are still a couple of options available to us if we proceed with a TV deal.
I have also been researching the possibilities of an Internet feed - more details of that should be available by early next week. I'm assured the technology is much improved and the picture quality is superior to TV standard.

Hello and welcome to the Tartan Army, we're a little bit mental and a little bit barmy. As the bit at the top says, this is all about us combining forces so that we can secure North American TV coverage for Scotland games. As it stands, it is not profitable for Setanta to carry the games, so we need to be able to turn that around. In short, this entails rounding up as much money as possible, but we are also looking for sponsorship, for people to help with the admin, for people to put themselves forward as the contact for their region and for anyone with good contacts in the press to help the cause.
